What it does

Every ISA provider uses a different transfer-out form. If you've automated the intake, each template change means an engineering ticket to update the parsing logic. If you haven't, someone is manually reading and transcribing every form.

Gradient Labs' Document Processing Agent automates the entire process. It reads each incoming form regardless of format, validates the customer details and account eligibility against your records, and processes the transfer automatically.

Sample-conversation

How it works

The agent receives incoming transfer requests and reads the attached form, extracting key fields regardless of provider form structure. It validates the details against customer records (name, NI number, date of birth) and checks account eligibility: account status, pending transactions, and outstanding fees.

It determines the transfer type (full or partial) and method (cash or in-specie) and executes accordingly.

On completion, the agent submits the required HMRC transfer form, updates the transfer status, and closes or retains the account. If validation fails at any point, the agent rejects the request with a reason code and notifies the receiving provider.
