How it works

Target specific customer segments based on delinquency stage and schedule calls for when customers are most likely to answer.

Once on the phone, the agent states the outstanding balance, verifies identity, and works out what's going on. If it's an oversight, it can waive late fees for same-day payment.

If the customer needs flexibility, it walks them through a repayment plan with frozen interest. Same-day payers get a payment link sent directly in the call.

You can specify your number of callbacks, whether or not to leave a voicemail, or reschedule a follow-up at the request of your customer.
